RSS ERROR – No RSS items found with URL

  • Hi there,

    Since migrating our website to a new server, it is unable to get feeds from the subdomain’s RSS feed. The RSS feed is hosted on a different server, and no changes were made to that server. However, when trying to load the fetched feed with a shortcode, I get this error:

    RSS ERROR – No RSS items found with URL: https://blog.victoryhempfoods.com/tag/events/rss.xml.

    However, if you visit that URL, the feed is visible.

    Hello,

    It sounds like the subdomain server is blocking the requests. I would contact your hosting company and see if they can unblock the requests.
