RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Connection time-out

I have the last version of WordPress 3.0 but my feed doesn’t work I don’t know why My feed for topics and comments don’t charge:

and in the dashboard appears this message:

RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Connection time-out

I don’t know what It’s wrong, please I need your help guys :S
