RSS Error: XML Error on my Dashboard

    I was working on my blog and just happened to click on my dashboard and I noticed that in the section: Other WordPress News, I see this in the drop down window: RSS Error: XML error: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 76, column 0

    I pretty new to joining WordPress so I have no idea what I’m supposed to do. Is this something I did by activating the wrong plugin or is it some problem in my theme. I use JustHost as my web host. Can somebody give me a clue as too what the problem is.
