RSS Feed

Hello,
I’m very new to RSS Feeds. I am trying to create an RSS feed for 2 post categories:
https://www.willowgalleryoswestry.org/?feed=rss&cat=315,351
In total it should be returning 30 items but for some reason this only returns 12 posts, even though i have ‘syndication feeds show the most recent 999 items’.
Please can someone help me figure out what’s going wrong?
