RSS Feed

I would like my RSS feed to show the full post, even if I add a “read more” to that post. I would also like to pull my featured images into the RSS, but I found a plugin for that. I’ve googled for a solution, but haven’t found much. My feed is being ran through Feedburner. Thank you in advance!
