RSS feed?

  • Has anybody successfully added an RSS feed to member profiles? I understand that this could be added as a link on the profile like normal. How about presenting an actual feed, for example on additional profile tabs using the profile tab extension? Any thoughts? Thank you!!

    Note: I understand that theoretically shortcodes can be added to user profiles, however this doesn’t work for two reasons. (1) I’ve tested and the RSS shortcode doesn’t seem to do anything on a UM profile tab; (2) each user would include a different RSS feed.

    With the RSS feed, do you want to display the posts feed of a user profile?

    Hi Champ! No, I can already see that under the ‘posts’ tab :). Several of our users also publish on another website, and we’d like for them to be able to include RSS feeds for that site as well. That way, all their content is linked from their profile.
