RSS feed address incorrect/RSS not working.

    Hey everyone,

    I’m brand new to WordPress and I’m trying to get my website off the ground. However, my RSS feed links (both page and comments) are simply not working. My technical know-how is slim to none, and I have been searching all over to try and figure out how to fix my website but I…

    a.) Don’t even know what the problem is/where to start
    b.) Can’t really understand any of the tech speak that I read in the support forums

    There are no posts up yet, because I wanted to have everything working before I debuted it. Is there anyway anyone can help me out? I would appreciate any and all advice.

    Your problem is easy ?? the permalinks seems not working.
    https://almostfiction.com/blog/?feed=rss2 – try this link for your RSS (it works for 100% :D) and change the https://almostfiction.com/blog/feed/ in your template to it.

    Hey Zamber,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I’m confused. When I click on the link you provided, it takes me to the feed page. However when I copy and paste the link into the address bar, it goes nowhere. I found the part in the template where I replace the code, and I did so. But when I click on the link on my website, it goes nowhere (like when I copy and paste the link into the address bar). Why is that link only working when I click it from within this forum?

    Nah it’s impossible.
    The problem lays in your web browser or operating system. I have Opera 9.0 (2nd release) on Windows XP Pro and evrything goes great with that feed. Chceck the feed from diffrent browsers and computers – it should work just fine.
    Also add some posts (1 or 2) to the blog, this can be the problems root for your browser.
    Ah, it’s funny, the refferal of the feed link has no effect on the feed work.
