RSS Feed Breaks

  • My RSS feed won’t update when I have W3 total cache installed. When I re-enable it, it returns to the feed before I installed it, about 20 days ago. I can re-sync and it will grab the new pages, but when it pings the RSS with a new post, it goes back to the page that was posted 20 days ago. I have un-checked the feed box, we are not caching objects and I’ve checked the boxes for the different types of feeds to refresh.

  • We had the same issue. Only temporary fix is to disable RSS caching AND delete the rss cache file via FTP (since disabling it doesn’t remove the old one).
