Our feed stopped working on November 1. No changes to the site were made, and certainly not to W3 Total Cache.

The disable cache for feeds is enabled
And I have tried Fix my RSS too.

When I switch off W3 plugin, the feed loads fine. When I switch it on again, it stops working.

Nothing works! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello @arjski

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
As I can see, you ar eusing Page Caching and minify, and the feed is excluded from Page Caching.
Check if the option Don’t minify feeds is enabled in Perofmrance>MInify>HTML&XML section and inf not enable it, save alls settings and purge the cache, and check if the problem persists.
Also make sure to purge the Cloudflare Cache. IF the issue continues to persits, please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled and see which one might be causing the issue?

    Thanks!

Hi there – thanks for getting back. I have tried your suggestion.

Strangely, this problem been happening on/off for a few weeks now and I wasn’t quite sure what the problem was.

Intermittently, the feed stops displaying and breaks.

I tried 1 thing today which was purging the cache under this block: https://i.imgur.com/2WlOcwa.png

    And it worked!

However, it only seems to work until the next scheduled item is posted. Is there any workaround or known problem here? I just want my feed page to display!

I’m having the same problem and I don’t have time to mess with it so I’m trying at a different caching plugin. I’m sharing an RSS feed of events with a local news publication and RSS needs to work and it needs to be timely.
