rss feed error

  • Having trouble with my RSS feed.

    Error reads:

    XML Parsing Error: xml declaration not at start of external entity
    Location: https://site.modmama.com/modblog/?feed=rss2
    Line Number 2, Column 1:<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
    ^

    Looked for extra spaces in the code at wp-rss2.php and a few other files suggested, deactivated all plugins, but still no help. Any thoughts?
