RSS feed for comments broken

My site seems to be running pretty well with one exception: in each entry, there’s a link for “RSS feed for comments on this post”. This link not working. Probably mod_rewrite (again!).
Example. Here’s a post:
https://www.rapp.org/archives/2004/04/a_better_tax_system/
and here’s the broken URL for the RSS feed:
https://www.rapp.org/archives/2004/04/a_better_tax_system/feed/
But it works if you type in the URI manually, like this:
https://www.rapp.org/wp-commentsrss2.php?p=184
So I need to add a mod_rewrite rule… can anyone help with the syntax?
