RSS Feed Import Rate

You mention in another thread that feeds are imported every hour, can this be adjusted…would prefer every 30 min or even every 10 minutes…is this possible?

Also an option to manually import on demand would be great, is this possible?

You can see on our site there is a lag between our feeds and the actual blog sites, especially from blog sites that push a higher volume of daily posts:
