rss feed lost

i uploaded a new web site and now my podcasts aren’t working. my itunes feed is messed up too. my genius ip provider told me to ask wordpress and podcast.org for help. nice, huh? now that’s tech support. anyway, before i uploaded the site, i asked them if i needed to do anything to make sure there’d be no errors. they assured me it’d be fine and now nothing works. in fact, my last post isn’t even showing up in my podcast dashboard logs. i need help.
