RSS feed not showing in sidebar

    I added an RSS feed to the sidebar and it was working nicely – I’m using the magazine basic them. I then changed the feed url and the box has disappeared. Even when I changed it back to the original url which was initially working, it still doesnt show up in the sidebar, but it is there in the dashboard. Help.

    After multiple google searches and scouring many blogs and forums, I found a solution – the url for many rss feeds begins feed://website.com/rss.xml. changing ‘feed’ to ‘http’ solved my problem – not sure why. WC3 indicated it had to do with a conflict between the source charset and the server charset. Maybe, maybe not – but it worked for me.
