RSS feed taking days to update?

    Right now it’s all caught up, but it keeps on taking days for it to get up to date. Does this have anything to do with the cache? I’ve played around with the settings (and put it back to normal), but do I need a plugin or something?

    There’s a different rss page “/rss/podcast/feed/podcast/” (instead of “/feed/podcast”) that updates instantly, but I can’t use that one, because some of the podcast aggregators that I use lock you in to your rss, and you can’t change.

    Any suggestions?
