RSS Feed to Existing File?

So I’m looking to update my site https://www.thealexandrian.net to a WordPress installation. But I’d like to keep my existing RSS subscribers, who are currently pointed to: https://www.thealexandrian.net/alexandrian-feed.xml
Is there any way to make WordPress write its RSS feed to that specific filename? Or any other solution which won’t require my existing subscribers to re-subscribe?
