RSS Feed Valid, but not working

Hello Everyone, Working with some Dept. of Labor RSS feeds. The feed I am trying to link into my site is:

https://www.osha.gov/as/opa/quicktakes/quicktakes.xml

I am using Feedzy. The RSS check on the Internet says that the feed is valid, but I cannot get this or any other DoL xml feed to link up and display the data.

My linking code inside a text box is:

[feedzy-rss feeds=”https://www.osha.gov/as/opa/quicktakes/quicktakes.xml” max=”5″ feed_title=”yes” refresh=”15_days” target=”_blank” title=”160″ meta=”yes” summary=”yes” summarylength=”160″ ]

Any help would be appreciated. ??
