Sorry that you feel this way, but I have been on family responsibility leave for the past month and have been dealing with a number of complications in that area of my life. So I apologise if my personal life affects how you receive FREE support for a FREE plugin (which is not something that anyone has a right to demand anyway).
I usually do respond to support queries within a couple of days, but I’ve been entirely unable to over the last month or so and, to be honest, I still don’t have the time to get round to helping everyone right now as I’m playing catch-up with my actual work.
Further, if you go to any of the two developers sites, both contact forms are broken. What’s that? I should find them on Linkedin or Facebook? Tried that, these guys are ghosts.
I don’t even have a contact from on my site (so nothing is broken there) and I’m not on LinkedIn or Facebook (as I have no need for either). You can always find me on Twitter though ??
Note that I do not get paid for the plugin at all (nor do I ever intend to), so all the support and extensive documentation that I supply is a bonus to you and the other users. I am not required to do any of it and no one has a right to demand it.
I’ll respond to your support query shortly, as I am starting to get back into things and will be able to respond to a few from time to time over the next few weeks.
