RSS Feeds…. How to auto update? fix settings?

  • Since my site is an aggregate site I have placed RSS feed widgets on my blog. My question is will they auto update as their origin source updates?

    When I set these RSS feeds up I used the widget page from the admin panel on WordPress, however I don;t see how to set up to setting,s configure, etc?

    Should I have set up my RSS feeds differently, A plug in perhaps? I am a complete novice on some of this stuff? You can see how the RSS feeds look on my site here. They are under the slider on the main page. Thanks in advance
