• I am testing out your Aggregator on a project site and while I think I will be able to get everything going as planned, including buying a license from you guys to have a full featured app, I have run in to a snag.

We will use post generation from 1-2 relevant feeds to help us with content. In this, the feed post date is of course important since, well they need to be on the original date. We have tested three or four different feeds and all work but one:

    https://www.mynewsdesk.com/se/rss/current_news/10338

That feed is not creating a dated post in the ways the others are doing it. It creates all posts from the same date, despite them not being of the same date, and despite us, of course, not wanting them to be displayed as posted on the same date. It would wreck the news post feed.

Any common reasons for this issue and can it be solved?

Feeds in posts are not enabled when I post this, but let me know and I’ll do that.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @homdax I tested the RSS feed and I’m able to import the feed items using the published date as expected. Would you please reach out to us via the contact form so that we can investigate further?

Sorry, never mind, I will have to look for a cheaper alternative, we are not a business, but a political party organization.

Hi @homdax, the free version will also pull the items using their published dates. The only limitation is that they will be imported with the “feed item” post type and cannot be modified from your site.
