RSS Feeds to BLlog?

I am trying to get rss feeds to appear on a blog of mine . . . not at all clear about where to start. Any help would be appreciated. I have done a little work with DGE_InlineRSS; but am not sure if I am even strugglig with this right thing!

I would like each feed to appear as a post with categories and tags (am I dreaming??). I am looking for EASY, beginner, etc. At first just want to get this DONE . . . fancy will come later.
