Rss fetching issue

I seem to have suddenly have an rss fetching issue. I use mail chimp and my newsletter has stopped working.
I found this issue

I have since disabled enhanced distribution in jetpack. That removed the notice.
But when I try to fetch my rss feed using mail chimp I have an error message stating server connection failed. I contacted Bluehost and my feed is fine. I also validated it using the w3c url validator and I see the congratulations notice. Any suggestions on what could be causing this issue?
