RSS Group Reed

  • Hi, I have a BP group associated with a Learndash course. I want to stream the activity of this group on to the course page. So I created an RSS feed and copied in the group feed url. This however created an error in the feed – because the group is private. So I tried to change the group to public and when I clicked update the group reverted on save to private. I disabled this plugin and all works fine, can change the group to public, save it and then load the rss feed in to the course. So my question is can I not have a public group and an rss feed in to my course with this plugin installed? Thanks

    Ok a work around i just found that seems to be ok is to disable the plugin, save the group as public, then reactivate the plugin and then the group remains public and the rss feed can be pulled in to the course page showing group activity
