RSS / Latest Posts / Autoupdate

  • Hi all

    I want to display either latest posts or an RSS feed on my wordpress sidebar BUT I want it to update automatically, without the user needing to refresh.

    I’ve looked for Jscript code to paste in a text widget (sadly I’m not a competant coder) and haven’t found any that are free and tried various plugins without success.

    Requirements:
    Takes latest posts feed or RSS feed
    Displays it in sidebar
    Autoupdates at frequent interview (min 120sec)

    Am I tryiong to do something so insanely complicated??
