RSS linklist plugin dissappeared from the web?

strange, not only https://rawlinson.us/blog/index.php?p=212 is down, but also the zipfile of the RSS plugin is corrupted on wp-plugins.org

any ideas or any other mirrors in the web? how can this happen?
