RSS Multi Importer – posts exist but do not show up in Feed Items pane

I’m on version 3.13, and am having an issue with a feed. I see the post under “All Posts”, but I also see that the “Feed Items in DB” is zero, and the post doesn’t appear in the “”Feed Items” pane.

I don’t know if this is related but I’m also having posts automatically duplicating and triplicating. I’ve read through a similar issue regarding these duplicate posts, and it sounds like one possible cause is a slow server. If I contact my host is there some quatitative spec that I could pass along as being an acceptable server speed for this plugin?
