RSS Podcast feed repeats latest article 5 times

    Hi,

    This website uses DIVI theme with DIVI builder.

    Wordpress version: 5.4
    Divi Theme version: 4.4.3 (child theme)
    SSP version: 2.0.3

    I did the troubleshooting process and nothing worked. I ran SSP with all other plugins disabled and it also didn’t work.

    I create articles and post them, then I use the podcast episode details module to add my podcast to the articles that have one.

    The repeating article title and description in the RSS feed don’t have a podcast, also the file size of the podcast and the podcast link are different in each repeated title.

    Whenever a new post is published, the five repeating titles in the RSS feed change to that latest published article regardless if the article has a podcast or not.

    Hi there, I know there was an issue around this a few months ago but it was resolved with a Divi update. Are you running the latest core version of Divi (know you have a child theme on top of it). That may do the trick.

    I waited for an update from you guys and from Divi and so far no change. The problem is still there.

    Is there anything you can recommend?

    Thanks @ralph001 for bringing this issue to our attention. When we’ve tested this we believe recent updates to both Divi and SSP should have corrected the issue. If that is not what you are seeing would you log the issue in the plugin repository issues section so we can document the behavior and work towards getting a fix? Any additional information you can provide there including version numbers, if you are using Divi layouts or duplicating page layouts, and if you are using a child theme would be helpful in getting to the root of the issue.
