RSS reader plugin to display images

I have been going crazy over the last few days trying to find the perfect RSS reader for my blog. You would think it would be easy, and perhaps it is, but i am missing something for sure.

I want to display an RSS feed from one of my other websites, that will include title, description with image and author.

I have installed so many plugins for this but none of them display the image from the feed. I found one plugin that displays the image but not the description. Very strange and i am sure i am doing something wrong, so if anyone knows of a plugin that i can use please can you let me know?
