RSS to Google Base Feed

I’ve been searching through the plugins and the forums for something specific, but have not been able to find anything on the subject. I’m trying to create a feed for Google Base. Google Base accepts news feeds, but they have to be created a specific way.

Has anybody done this or tried to do this, or is there a plugin that can handle it?
