RSS to mailing list aggregator?

Anything out there that would allow the user to, say, check off tick boxes corresponding to post categories in order receive mailing lists based on the aggregated RSS feeds of said categories?

Suppose it’s a video games blog. If the user selects the RPG, Strategy, Action tick boxes when signing on to the list, he or she would receive a daily email consisting of aggregated RSS feeds in these three categories.

Many sites have something like this in place, but I’ve looked all over for plugins and I can’t seem to stumble across anything that could pull this off. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction ??
