RSS Validation Error

  • I am running WordPress 2.0.4, using the Semilogic Minimalist theme.

    I have searched the forums and the solutions to this problem offered here do not work.I am a PHP novice.
    Whenever I try to activate my rss feed in IE 7.0 I get this error:

    End tag ‘dc:creator’ does not match the start tag ‘ADMINNICENAME’.
    Line: 51 Character: 32

    <dc:creator><ADMINNICENAME></dc:creator>

    The admin name has been changed and a nickname assigned. All of the posts are assigned an author. This problem doesn’t seem to fit any of the stock answers here.

    I hope you will indulge one more question on this topic. I had Adhesive 3.2 installed. That appears to be the last available version. I went to the creators website and found no download for it. Has it been withdrawn?

    That was a very useful tool.

    @xtime: Do a quick search here for it. Author’s site blewup a while back and I don’t think he’s completely recovered. The search will turn up some alternative links for it.

    Thank you. I searched and found several downloads From Version2 to 3.2 and dead ends.

    Does anybody know if Adhesive 3.2 is the latest version? Because that is the version that is screwing up my RSS feed and if that is the latest version them I am hosed on Adhesive because the RSS is more important.

    Maybe this alternative would work? It’s a bit more complex/flexible…
