RSS with External Image

Hello,

First of all; Great Plugin!

However, we are dealing with one issue on our site. We use an external featured image plugin for each post in our news feed. While they show up well on our posts page, they do not show up in our RSS feed.

Our first step in resolving this issue was to contact the developer of the external image plugin who tracked down and identified the issue. It looks like your plugin is adding the external image to the RSS feed but is formatting the output in a manner that browsers are stripping out.

We were going to try a few mods on your plugin code based on the other developers input but thought we should try and enlist your help to guide us along.

We really like both plugins and would rather seek to resolve the issue rather than switching plugins.
