RSS without Permalinks

My Sage feed reader can find the rss feeds on my blog (https://www.tetracom.ca/transtalk) but the link gives a 404-Page not found error. feedvalidator.org gives the same error, even though wp-rss2.php exists and can be loaded in the browser. I’ve already edited the wp-rss2.php link in footer.php to remove the “feed:” reference.
Permalinks are disabled and the .htaccess file is blank. I’d be grateful if someone can point me toward a solution.
