I followed all the instructions, but I must be missing something. I enabled Event Tickets for Pages. Went to my page and I do have the section where I can create my tickets. Created everything and updated the page. But when I look at the page on the front end, no RSVP box appears anywhere! Is there a shortcode I’m supposed to be using or have I otherwise missed something? I double checked to make sure the start date for the tickets is in the past. I also tried deactivating my theme and changing to Twenty-Fifteen but still it doesn’t show up (so I don’t think it’s a theme conflict). Any ideas?

  • Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Have you also tried deactivating all other plugins to ensure there isn’t a conflict there? There could be another plugin that is filtering on the content at the same location and could potentially be causing the unexpected behavior there.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

Hey guys, I am having the same problem. The plug in was working well but stopped showing up after I installed the Easy WP SMTP plugin. Not sure if that triggered the problem, regardless, I deactivated it and finally deleted it but still the rsvp doesn’t show up in the front end.
    Help!

    Hi,
I am having this same issue. I have already tried deactivating all plugins, and it still didn’t work. I also tried switching to the twenty-fifteen theme.

I am just trying to make sure these plugins work how I need them to. I may end up purchasing the Event Tickets Plus, but only if I can guarantee it will work for my site.

    Hello,

Does not show up on my website either ??

Deactivated all the plugins. Chose another theme. It did not make any difference…

I want to buy your Event Tickets Plus plugin. But I first need to know if this plugin is able to work on my website.

I updated the plugin, and now my rsvp box shows up on the front end. I tested it and it all seems to be working.

Thank you lizzy2surge for letting us know. I updated the plugin and its working now.

My next challenge is to edit the subject line and email address for the confirmation email that participants receive after rsvp’ing.
Currently comes from WordPress and the email address is wordpress@… and
    Where are those settings located?

    Thank you!

Can anybody show me how it has to look like on the front end?
My RSVP box is still not showing ??

    Thanks!

@mpallbritton. Install WP Mail Bank and you can setup all your WP Mail settings for that site. I am using it for my instance to control the email info for the Tickets plugin.

    Hey Folks,

Sorry for the delay in our reply, and glad to hear the update fixed the issue with the RSVP form and Pages.

@sietseb, here’s how the RSVP form looks with default TweentySixteen theme: https://cloudup.com/c1lzoog1N_r – If you have doubts about our premium plugin Event Ticket Plus, please post to our pre-sales forum.

Also, if someone stumbles upon this issue in the future please open up a new thread to have better context on the new issue.

    Best,
    Nico
