RSVP By Number not Name

  • I am curious if you can have people RSVP with their name and then add the number that are attending rather than continually adding guests with names.

    We are looking for a quick and easy solution to see how many people plan on attending our church services on Sundays during COVID and we don’t need them to put all the information. Just the number so we can know when we are at capacity for a particular service.

    Is this possible?

    Not supported currently.

    If your church has a budget to encourage me to do a little customization, it would not be a difficult addition. I think I have a feature where, when you’re charging for events, the person registering can sign up for something like a “Table of 10” and entries for the unnamed guests will be recorded (with the option to add names later). That’s not quite what you’re looking for, but it’s a similar idea.

    I’m thinking I would add an optional button for adding x number of entries for guests to be named later or just shown as guests of whoever held their place.
