RSVP like in the promoted Screenshot

For an appointment, users should only be given the option to select “Going” or “Not Going”. As the organizer, we should receive a notification with the user data of the wordpress user (first name, last name, email) without the user being prompted for them if they have already logged in.
The user should ideally also have the possibility to change his choice on the same page before the start. The organizer should also be informed about this via email.
I have already tried to recreate this with the free plugin, but without success. According to Google search would be here still own programming necessary. Since you advertise exactly with this screenshot, I should be able to simply adopt it so predefined?
