RSVP Maker – uncheck "Login Required" will not hold?

I’m trying to make my RSVP as simple as possible for my customers to RSVP for our Users Conference. So I sent out my first emails with “Login Required” checked and I got zero responses out of 300. I have had a couple people email me and tell me that the website form wasn’t working, so they just told me how many people were coming. Now, when I try to uncheck Login Required and update the page, it remains checked. Is there something I’m doing wrong or is there a way to turn this off?
