    if correct you use following css to fix the issue on your site.

    .team-zoom-out .team-item .side-two {
  text-align: right;
  width: 100%;
}

    Also please note masonry style grid some time not working properly might be the issue of not loading properly,
    I can see your Team grid masonry working fine.

    Somehow the RTL is fixed by itself
    I noticed that i have the masonry grid problem only if the browser is filling the whole screen.
    checked on chrom
