RTL Issue with picture

    Hello ??
    Really nice plugin!!

    Is the picture supposed to be behind the text?

    I installed on RTL website and the picture is next to the text, even though in settings it says “background” and/or “product image” it sits on the side and not behind the name of the download.

    Other than that seems 100%

    + Now I’ve read many of the support threads here…

    I think this is a VERY good plugin, but you missed something.

    It was working good yesterday, I’ve checked today many times, in many different configs and it stopped working. With checkbox/without, doesn’t work.

    A shame cause it’s VERY nicely done…

    Ok, so I uninstalled the plugin and now reinstalled…

    Even with no conditions set, it just shows:
    “Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly.”

    and doesn’t send anything… Don’t understand this bug ??

    Hi,

    Nice to hear you like our plugin.

    With the “Background” setting you can place a picture behind the content. The “File Image” setting is used to place an image next to or above the content, depending on the width of the window / area. This also works with RTL websites. It is possible that CSS of your theme unintentionally influences the layout of the download form. If you need help with this, please mention your page with the download form so we can take a look at it.

    The message “Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly” also appears if no download file has been selected. Select a download file and save your download form again to solve this.
