    Hello,

I have a problem with my Arabic version of single trip page, When viewing the page on mobile (I’m using google chrome) it shows a very large shifting to the right. I checked with google chrome inspect tool to find any wider element and couldn’t find anything.

Also the wordpress admin top bar doesn’t show on that page but showing as normal in the english version of the page.

It’s strange but I found that when installing and activating another plugin (WP Travel Engine or Toolset Type) the problem disappears and the page shows as normal without any issues but I don’t plan to install a plugin which I will not use just to fix this issue.

I’m using WPML plugin version 4.0.5 for translation.

I hope you have a fast solution for that.
    Thanks.

    Edit:

I disabled java script in google chrome and the shifting space and the wordpress admin top bar problems have been solved, off course a lot of the page contents which depend on JS disappeared too, So obviously it is a JS problem. Waiting for fix. Thank you

I already provided the link in the first post above and I don’t know how to explain the issue further!! I already described the issue precisely!! if you could open the link to the page provided and view it in mobile view it will be self explained.

    Hello @sniper007,

We apologize for the delayed response.

Regarding your issues, we have checked for the issue from the URL you have provided in mobile devices/screens, however, we could not find the “very large shifting to the right” issue as the content seems to be loaded properly.

Please check and verify the issue exists and as we could not find the issues during our tests, if the issue exists, please provide us the screenshot of the issue so that we can check the issue and provide you with a precise fix.

You can also post your queries to the plugin’s official support forum for dedicated and swift support at :

    Hello,

If you reply after 5 days of course you will not find the issue as no one will wait for 5 days to get a reply rather than a fix.

We really were considering to buy your premium add-on but obviously we have to think again.

Regarding the issue we installed and activated another 3rd party plugin “WP Travel Engine” as a temporary workaround because when activating that plugin along with your plugin the issue disappears and we don’t know why but the issue just disappears.

We deployed that workaround till you can fix this issue or till we can find another solution to manage our planned trips system.

Maybe your plugin just doesn’t support RTL languages as all issues we faced where in RTL language. Anyway that is the case.

In the following links attached screenshots to the issue in different positions as it slides right and left and you can easily see the black gap to the left side:

It’s maybe 2 plugin updates without fix to our problem !!

    Hello @sniper007,

We are actually working on the WP Travel plugin RTL language support. As it is still under development and an ongoing task, we had not included it in our recent updates.

Furthermore, as RTL language support requires both front-end and back-end sections of WP Travel plugin to be optimized, we need to make changes, test and deploy the changes accordingly.

Please wait for a tentative 10 days timeline for the update with RTL support to WP Travel plugin as we are currently finalizing and testing the changes with RTL.

If you have any queries/issues or requests further, please feel free to write back to us.

    Best Regards !!
