"rtl" support for Subrbia theme?

This page says that the Suburbia theme supports “right to left” writing (my blog is in Hebrew), but I have no idea how to make it work. I’ve changed a single word in the CSS that aligned all the text to the right and that’s great, but I still have a problem with the header and the footer. In the header, the logo image location is messed up when in a single post, for example.

I know there’s an “rtl” version of this theme in wordpress.com, but there’s no way to download CSS files from that site. Also, I don’t want to change the complete look of the site (changing to “rtl” makes a “mirror version” of the theme), just make the text aligned correctly and leave everything else intact.

Can anyone help?
