RTL without changing WP admin menu?

  • Hi everyone!

    I need to create a site in an RTL langauge, but I also want the admin section and page building to be in English, is that possible?

    Because as far as I understood, to have the website go RTL I have to choose a RTL language from the general settings of wordpress, which then changes all admin menus and page editing menus to the language chosen.

    Almost anything is possible with custom coding ?? It may not even be necessary. Every user can choose their preferred language in their profile (provided the language pack had been installed for the site) The setting will affect both front and back end language, but on most sites the language setting has little or no bearing on front end content. It’s primarily for the back end UI.

    If the language must change between back and front and switching in your profile is too cumbersome, the applied language can be changed dynamically through the “locale” filter.
