RTMP with backup link for mobile devices

An example shortcode would look like this:

The opening curly braces { of the sources always need to be followed by a space in order for the shortcode to work.

Okey wat about the html code for normal website not wordpress ?
Shall i include RTMP in <file> tag or in <source> tag, vice versa for https:// link for android n ios !
