Rublon & WooCommerce: Cart empties when user logs in at checkout

  • I realize from another support thread that WooCommerce compatibility is a work in progress, and I really like this plugin on one of my other (non-WooCommerce) WordPress sites.

    I am working on a WooCommerce test site and I have been installing plugins one at a time and testing the store’s operation between installations. I activated Rublon just now and it causes customers’ carts to empty upon logging in at checkout. I had Rublon disabled for the Customer role and I also disabled the real-time logout feature, but the cart still empties on login.

    I’ve already deactivated and deleted Rublon from the test WooCommerce installation, but I just wanted to let you know about this issue so you can look into it as you work to make Rublon 100% compatible with WooCommerce.
