• I have never seen a rude support like them. We are using their pro version still they showing rude behavior. I strongly recommend to not to use their system use another one. Their support person Maisha Rahman is extremely rude person.

    I am sorry to know that you faced this from our support team. We are never rude with our customers. there must be a miss understanding which led to this. Reading the chat I got to know that you were looking for a feature that is not available in our plugin. We cannot make all of the features according to our customers need and there will always be something that one needs to consider. This is something that our customers are aware off. I am sorry if you have felt something else while chatting with out representative. We hope to not repeat it in near future.

    you product is good , but quality of customer support is getting poor day by day.

    you need to understand that customer happiness is of paramount importance these days. we have bought a pro version. if a person is running a business, will not take this hassle or stress again and again , gradually customer will shift to other best alternative. Please be serious on your customer services for all customers, and specifically who have paid.

    I have raised several queries, I felt
    Either ur support team is not having right skillset

    or they just want to close the chat as soon as possible by saying email it to us
    email takes much longer time to get reply, and reply is please give us log id an password we will check, first understand the issue, whether is feature is available or no…

    or they dont even understand your product.

    You guys have standard reply for everything , there may be plugin and theme conflict. Which is not right

    I dont want to name your staff. Its a constructive feedback.

    Yes @five5ppppp you are correct their product is okay but their support is poor. I have chat with that lady so many times but that lady does not have proper skill set sometimes she even does not know about their product features. And her response quality is also poor. She dies not know how to talk with customer !!

    I am working at the support team lead for Themeum at this moment. I am sorry to know that you had a bad experience with us.

    We have two different teams- one for presales and basic questions and another for technical queries. The presale team communicated clearly that we do not have the feature you were asking for.

    If you needed the data export feature to work on the WordPress dashboard, you could have asked for instructions to develop the feature or ask for a senior staff. I know we all are going through a tough time due to the pandemic. I would appreciate it if we can keep our cool and try to understand the situation.
