Rule for certain quantity

    Hi everyone, I am happy with the plugin.
    I am struggling with one rule for a wine ecommerce site.

    Is it possible to set a rule for checkout.

    You can only proceed with the payment when you reached a quantity of 3,6,9,12,15… and so on.

    So if you have 4 bottles of wine you cant proceed. you can only choose 3 or 6 and more.
