Rule not being applied

  • Hi – I just downloaded the free plugin and tried to apply a simple rule for one role type, based on all products needing to be above ￡500 in the cart before being able to checkout. I have ‘Use Selection Groups’ > ‘Or’ > ‘Role Name’ (these were the only options available anyway) and I thought this basic rule would work, but I just went to my shop as this role type and put in less than ￡500 in the cart and nothing happened. Am I missing something?

    Hi,
    Please provide:

    (*) a full, complete screenprint of the rule , top to bottom

    (*) your System Report:
    – Go into wp-admin, select Woocommerce->System Status .
    – Click button ‘Get System Report’ at top of page.
    – Click button ‘Copy for Support’.
    – Paste into response.
