Rules Do Not Work to Block Orders

  • Here I give a fresh example of two rules not working with my settings of a cancel score of 90. Person placing multiple orders 3 minutes apart with the same email address and same IP address. The rules that do not work are:

    • Check if first orders in processing state
    • Too many order attempts

    Please fix these rules so that we can prevent an email and IP from placing multiple orders with our settings.

    Can you please make sure that, you have selected the correct General settings to ‘Before Payment Checking‘ to block the users at the checkout process?
