    @anu75, for the entire plugin history no cases known when the issue you described caused by a bug in the plugin. Most likely, it’s misconfiguration. Double check you existing rules, product weights and weight unit. If that doesn’t help try deactivating all other plugins in order to see of there is one affecting Weight Based Shipping.
