Rule(s) not working

  • Hi There,

    We set up a rule that when the subtotal of ordered products of a defined category is more than 1000 (€) an discount of 10% is applied:

    Condition:
    Cart contains products subtotal with Category
    Product Category; (correctly filled out)
    Relation: More Than
    Subtotal: 1000
    Actions:
    Apply percentage discount to cart
    Discount (%) 10

    The rule is not working, the discount is applied always, no matter if the subtotal is higher or lower than 1000
